About me
I am Josephine Le Pierrot and I have spent my time in education developing instructional design expertise. I went to La Sierra University and have a double major in Finance & Marketing. I have worked nine years in education. I have worked as a substitute teacher and a remote educator. I have developed a number of instructional design projects with a focus on Information Technology. I have skills in Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative, Canva, Synthesia, Microsoft Office, Slack.
Experience
Worked remotely with students in school and home environments. I taught Math, reading, English, Science to students of all ages, Pre-K - adult. I'm experienced with curriculum creation and lesson plan development.
Worked in a number of schools as a substitute in classrooms and a behavioral technician. There I gained experience with developing educational material that enhances the learning experience.

Created instructional materials for the process of on-boarding and off-boarding employees. Created instructional materials including videos, quizzes, slide decks, presentations for educating clients on how to access and use the online portal. Answered technical inquiries from clients and resolved the issues they were having accessing the service online and mobile. Resolved issues through phone, email, and text communications. Ran analysis on the effectiveness of employee trainings.
